Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name and email address.

Practice session data: We store your transcription submissions, accuracy scores, error breakdowns, session history, streaks, and XP/level progress. This data is core to the service — it powers your performance dashboard.

Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or billing details — Stripe handles all payment data securely. We may retain your subscription status and billing history.

Usage data: We may collect basic usage information such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the platform. This does not include personally identifiable information beyond your account.

• To provide and operate the MyPerfectRecord service.
• To calculate and display your accuracy scores and performance analytics.
• To manage your subscription and process payments.
• To send important account-related emails (receipts, password resets, policy updates).
• To improve the platform based on how users interact with it.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the platform:

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider. Your account data and session history are stored on Supabase's infrastructure. Learn more at supabase.com/privacy.
• Stripe — our payment processor. All billing data is handled by Stripe. Learn more at stripe.com/privacy.
• Google — we use Google AI tools to generate audio content for practice tracks. Your personal data is not shared with Google as part of this process.

Your data is stored on secure infrastructure provided by Supabase. We use industry-standard practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information. However, no system is completely secure — we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

We retain your account data and session history for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (such as payment records).

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated data.
• Portability — request an export of your session data.
• Opt-out — unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

MyPerfectRecord uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from logging in or using the platform.

MyPerfectRecord is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version.
